*VALID Respect in Sport Certification is required PRIOR to registration. As well you will need to enter your participants Hockey Canada Member ID, which can be found at your Respect in Sport Account.  Go to your Profile and click the Child Management tab.

*Late fee of $100 will be applied to registrations after July 31st (waived for first time registrants)
